At the time of booking a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Final payment is due 6 months prior to your date. Additional rentals can be made up to two weeks to Up to the day of your event. If you cancel within the 6 months prior to the contract date, you will forfeit one hundred percent (100%) of the deposits and payments received. Yes, the barn has fully operational restrooms. The bridal suite also has a bathroom for the bride and bridesmaids to use prior to the ceremony. All are handicapped accessible.

We are open year round! November-April we only allow indoor events to protect the grounds.

Yes, we are suited for either a band or DJ with plenty of electrical power.

No, they must be LED or fake candles.

There is a designated parking lot. If someone is overserved, they may leave their car overnight but must pick up their car by 9:00am the next day.

You may use any caterer of your choosing so long as they are appropriately licensed and insured. If they are new to Creekside we highly recommend a call between venue and caterer and a tour of the facility to allow for a smooth operation!

We understand how important our pets are in our lives, so we do allow pets to be part of your wedding ceremony if you wish. However, pets may be brought just before the ceremony and will need to be removed from the grounds immediately following the ceremony unless otherwise agreed to.

Yes it has a loft area that the groom and groomsman will hang out in and a lounge area that overlooks the venue that guests can enjoy. The loft is not handicapped accessible.

10:45 the music is off. Everyone must be out by 11:00 with clean up done by 11:30 p.m.

You can start at 8:00 am and decorate all you wish for your taste and desires. Your clean up is simply take your decor and go. We do the cleaning (wipe off tables, put chairs up, and clean the floors).

This is not allowed because we must respect the couple that has the day before booked.

No, you can do rehearsal either in the morning or have a mock rehearsal where the Groom's dinner takes place.

There is no need to put nail holes in the barn. You can tie up lights with fish line or wire.

A $500.00 damage deposit is required and we have the right to alter the amount if necessary. Just write us a check and we will not cash it unless: there is vandalism or damage to anywhere on the property. This cost Guests smoke in the barn or they leave cigarette/cigar stubs on the grounds or parking lot. There is excessive clean up after your event. (garbage, confetti, glitter, silly string spray, popcorn, hay etc.)
